"Okay, so, Zac..." I turned to look at Lindsay before continuing, "Years ago, when prompted, you admitted that you would consider dating a fan. As an extension of the article, we wanted to know what it would be like if you did go on a date. What are you doing tomorrow?"
"Looking around town, we have 3 or 4 days to spare. Why?" He looked at me quizically and Lindsay was violently shaking her head no at me, catching on immediately.
"You, my new good buddy, are going to be an experiment. Okay?"
"Um...okay. What's the experiment?"
"We're going to see first hand exactly what you would do on a date with a fan. Zac, this is Lindsay, the other guinea pig. Lindsay, this is Zac. But of course you KNOW that..." I smiled before continuing.
Isaac and Taylor were looking at me with a gaze that was, if I'm not mistaken, admiration. Jen gave me a high five as Lindsay's face came to match her hair. Zac was shocked but apparently happy at the prospect.
"He'll do it." Taylor put in before Zac had time to answer anything.
"Good. Here's our address. Pick us up tomorrow at 7. And uh.." I looked at Ike and smiled invitingly. "Bring your brothers."
I handed him a scrap of paper with our address and we walked off, tired from jumping around and ready to go home.
As soon as we were out of their earshot, Lindsay nearly shitted a brick.
"Tasha Nicole!! You did NOT just do that.."
"Hey! Hey Hey! Don't give her all the credit." Jen interrupted, smiling an evil smile identical to mine.
"Ugh! You two are freaks!" She stormed off towards the car.
"Hey! We know you wanted to! We just encouraged it!" I hollered after her as Jen and I snickered quietly to ourselves.
When we got to the car, Jen's front windshield was busted with a rock. Many on our row had been done the same. Tied to the rock was written 'Hanson Sucks!!'
"Oh my Taylor!" I blurted out.
"Huh?" Jen turned to me.
I explained about the little girl who had been seriously misinformed on who was God.
"But look!" I pointed at her car and she nearly passed out.
"My car!! I knew we should have taken yours instead! Oh my gosh!" She ran to her car and restrained from crying.
"Jen. Jen calm down. It's just a car."
"A really EXPENSIVE car. This will take forever to be fixed." She groaned.
The entire ride home she pouted over her car windshield.
